We are happy to announce that on January 30th, the 2nd Call for Access – Spring 2026 to E-RIHS (European Research Infrastructure for Heritage Science) ERIC services opens, through which the BNC offers access to many of its neutron instruments as well.
Scholars, researchers, and professionals can now apply for access to cutting-edge instrumentation, scientific expertise, and unique collections offered by the E-RIHS ERIC platforms, including:
- MOLAB for in situ, non-invasive analysis using portable equipment
- FIXLAB for access to large-scale, stationary analytical facilities
- ARCHLAB for access to scientific archives and sample collections
- DIGILAB for access to digital tools.

The 2nd call will remain open for two months: the deadline is March 31st, 2026. Project evaluation and selection, based on scientific excellence, will be performed in the following months, and the awardees will be announced within the third quarter of 2026.
