NEPHEWS Virtual Training
The 3rd edition of the NEPHEWS Virtual Training will take place on Monday May 11th and Tuesday May 12th 2026. Registration could be made on the NEPHEWS website : https://beamtime.eu/virtual-trainings/ and posts on LinkedIn.
The iNEPHEWS Virtual Trainings is to focus on potential new and non-expert users, both beginning PhD students and those established scientists not yet conversant with the techniques. It include details of the support programmes like Twinning.
New topics on synchrotron based Small Angle X-ray Scattering (SAXS), an expanded presentation on synchrotron based X-ray Photoemission Spectroscopy (XPS) inclusive of Ambient Pressure XPS (AP-XPS), and a Case study on Angle Resolved Photoemission Spectroscopy (ARPES) of quantum materials. Another Case study on High Pressure Science at the EuXFEL.
16th Central European Training School on Neutron Techniques
The 16th Central European Training School of Neutron Techniques (CETS), organised by the BNC, will take place in Budapest between 4th – 9th October, 2026.
